TRS Studios is a full service commercial recording studio in Beirut, Lebanon. Serving the TV and Film industry as well as upcoming musical acts in the region, the commercial complex contains a lounge and two recording suites.
The large Control Room A, based on Reflection Free Zone principles, utilizes a unique RPG wavy wall diffusor concept created by our esteemed colleague Peter D’Antonio, which was first used by Wes Lachot Design Group for Manifold Recording’s film production suite.
This diffusor array is as effective at low-mid frequencies as conventional diffusors that use up twice as much floor space. The 32-channel API 1608 console is complimented by ATC SCM150 main monitors with ATC all analog class A/B amplifiers and crossovers. There is plenty of analog outboard gear, including choice pieces by Manley, Empirical Audio, dbx, Summit, Retro, API, and Universal Audio.
Tracking Room A features fully variable acoustics, easily adjusting to a variety of musical situations. The is a large Iso-booth, and professional sound doors all around. The B suite is used mostly for production, and has its own associated Iso-booth.
