This studio, located in a beautiful rural setting just outside of Chapel Hill, is a production studio for owner Steven Raets and Bunkersound Productions. The control room adheres to RFZ principles and is fully trapped while still maintaining a sense of life and ambiance. The main monitors for the control room are the ATC SCM-110 system, with active 3-way crossovers and 350 watts per side. The console is a Neve Genesys with full automation of all functions.
The tracking room is plenty big for a full band and is outfitted with RPG diffsorption and broadband bass-trapping. The acoustical contracting and finishes were provided by Brett Acoustics, and Thom Canova Audio handled the technical wiring for the project.
